Please allow 2 weeks for Ms. Joefreda to process any requests you may have regarding a scholarship. Please indicate on the board if you need the scholarship/transcript returned to you or if you would like it mailed to the address listed on the form.

"Aspiring Animation Professional" Scholarship Program.
High school seniors in Ohio have the opportunity to win one of three $1,000 scholarships. These will be awarded to students that are interested in pursuing an animation related field at an accredited post-secondary school or college.

Students must be senior members of NHS, meeting all qualifications of membership. The student must have a 3.5 gpa, have completed 20 or more hours of community service during each year of membership and be current with their yearly dues.
To apply for this scholarship you must present a record of all community service, highlighting those service hours that directly benefited our school and the community of Waynesville. You must also complete an essay describing your plans for college and why you are deserving of this scholarship.
Please return this to Mrs. Clark by May 7, 2012.
